Bell 407 Pulselite® by Precise Flight, Inc. 

Aeronautical Accessories has added Pulselite® from Precise Flight, Inc. to its product catalog offering. When enabled, the Pulselite® system alternately pulses the landing and taxi lights to enhance the visibility of the aircraft to traffic and birds.

It can also be linked to automatically respond to a Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) input.  According to the manufacturer, the Pulselite® system has a direct impact on reducing the number of bird strikes.
